S H I P P I N G

Packages are typically shipped within 3 business days - usually earlier. Each package will be shipped with tracking information. Once the package is out of my hands, it is out of my control and I am not responsible for it. If you do not receive your item or think your package is lost, please contact USPS to file a claim. I do not receive any extra information on shipping or location, I only see what you see under your tracking number. I do not offer refunds on earrings that are lost or late due to the mail carriers. 

R E F U N D S & E X C H A N G E S 

 I do not offer exchanges. Refunds / replacements are offered if the package is damaged during shipping. Please contact me right away with photos. If your earrings break within 3 weeks of delivery date a refund or replacement is also an available option if I am able to recreate that earring. After 3 weeks, I will no longer offer these options. You are responsible for the upkeep and care of your earrings. Please refer to my "earring care" advice for help. :)

 

W H O L E S A L E & C U S TO M S 

If you are affiliated with a shop that is interested in doing a wholesale, please contact me through email - sales@clayandaloha.com - we can go absolutely discuss a wholesale order. As of right now, I only work with customs for people who are interested in bridal earrings / event earrings. Day to day customs are not open at this time and I will update my social media when I have time for a handful of custom orders. Thank you!
